Episode 160: Lost Creek Construction: Creating a Legacy by Risk & Guidance of Builder 20 Group with Tom Trythall

Today Brad speaks with Tom Trythall of Lost Creek Construction, a general contracting company located in Colorado, specializing in exquisite craftsmanship of high-end homes. In this episode Tom shares his experience with the Builder 20 Group, Working with Family, Evaluating his Marketing Strategy, and the Legacy he is building for his family and team.

Lost Creek Construction was built on a legacy of excellence, honesty, and exceptional quality that has spanned generations. Starting on his grandfather’s ranch in Southern Utah as a boy, Tom learned the value of hard work, the strength in teamwork, the importance of doing your absolute best, and the joy of creating lifelong beauty. When Tom founded Lost Creek in 2012, he honored his grandfather by naming his company after that very ranch. It serves as a daily reminder of where he came from and the legacy he wants to leave his own children… building the very best.

Before founding Lost Creek Construction, Tom (who holds a Construction Management Degree from BYU) worked 10 years as a project manager in commercial construction. His successful, decade-long career has proven to be an invaluable experience with the demands of strict standards, precise estimates, accurate budgets, and aggressive schedule management. A woodworker at heart, Tom decided to pursue his lifelong dream and build exceptional custom homes. His integrity and passion for his work shows in every detail of every single project he completes.
